THEME

All submitted works are required to address or interpret this year's theme: UTOPIA!

Utopia is traditionally defined as an ideally perfect place, especially for its social, political, and moral aspects. Frequently, utopias can be impractical, momentary, or have unforeseen consequences.

These parameters might be used to envision new cultural possibilities or interpret social, psychological, formal, or artistic issues. Interpretation and experimentation on the boundaries of the subject are strongly encouraged.
